Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery times

At Dark Temptation, we use Bpost for shipping. Orders can also be picked up for free by appointment. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally shipped the following morning at the latest, subject to availability.

An exception to the above is if we are absent for a short period due to a trip abroad for coffee, shopping, or vacation. In that case, it will always be indicated on the website or in the confirmation email.

Shipping costs

The items will be shipped according to the shipping costs per country and at the customer’s expense and risk to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Return policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after receipt. If you return the package to us within 14 days, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our distillery. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Exceptions to refunds

Please note that the exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies to the following products:

• Products that have already been unpacked, used, or had stickers and the like removed.
• Products that by their nature cannot be returned;
• Products that can spoil or expire quickly (coffee).
